Comprehensive design and project management for the construction of a professional synthetic turf football pitch (E4 level) with natural infill, including infrastructure, utilities, and equipment supply.

Our team supported the Municipality of Al Noor City, located near Dubai, in their initiative to convert an existing natural grass field into a modern synthetic turf football facility with sustainable natural infill materials suitable for hot and dry climates.

The works involved removing the existing topsoil, designing a reinforced stone base platform engineered to meet standard load-bearing requirements of 30 MPa or higher, ensuring long-term structural stability under high temperatures.

An advanced drainage and irrigation network was installed to manage water efficiently, followed by a shock-absorbing elastic layer and a hybrid-fiber synthetic turf system filled with eco-friendly sand and cork infill.

Independent performance and safety tests were carried out on-site by an accredited international laboratory, ensuring full compliance with FIFA Quality Programme standards and Asian Football Confederation (AFC) requirements for certification.

Site Development and Surrounding Works

Complementary civil and utility works were executed to connect the football facility to municipal service networks and to develop pedestrian walkways and access routes around the site.

The City of Al Noor, near Dubai, provides a growing range of modern, high-quality sports facilities—including synthetic and natural grass football pitches, resin tennis courts, and multi-purpose sports areas.
These amenities offer residents and visitors premium conditions for training and competition, aligned with regional sustainability and sports development objectives.
